History
Little Learners is a Montessori and Preschool built on years of my love of teaching. I have always dreamed of owning my own school, and my husband and two wonderful kids helped make my dream become a reality. I was able to make a childcare/daycare within my very own home. It was built with lots of care and every aspect of it is meant to help cater an individualized education to each child.
About Me!
My name is Chami Jayasinghe. I have been a teacher for over 20 years and have taught children from toddlers to up to 3rd grade in both Montessori's and Preschools. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) Diploma. I have two great kids that were also brought up with the Montessori method. I strong heartedly believe that the preschool years are so foundational to a child's overall education and that the Montessori-Preschool method is so effective in bringing out the best in every child!
